In order to provide our customers with the highest quality service,
our staff receives ongoing training in the latest disaster restoration
technologies and other industry innovations. Our team of experts
includes IICRC-certified cleaning and electronics professionals,
IICRC-certified water department leads, licensed builders, and project
managers with extensive experience in both residential and commercial
building and restoration. As the Hammer team grows, we carefully
select new personnel using strict hiring guidelines.

Steve
Gohm President
Steve
has worked in Restoration since 1987. In addition to his residential
builders license, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan
State University in Building Construction Management. Steve has
taken advanced courses in fire restoration, cleaning and water remediation.
He has also served as a volunteer firefighter in Saginaw Township
for 10 years.
As
the president of Hammer Restoration Inc., Steve is committed to
providing his workforce with the latest technology available and
ongoing training to ensure that Hammer customers receive the best
service possible.

Paije
Alfano Project Manager/Contents Specialist
Paije has worked in restoration since 1999. As a project manager,
her expertise includes cleaning and contents restoration. She holds
several certifications including her IICRC Master Fire and Smoke Restorer
Certification as well as her residential builder's license.

– including electronics cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, laundry
services – all in house – as well as the newest deodorization
tools such as ultraviolet deodorization.”
Jay
Gustin Project
Coordinator
Jay comes to Hammer with more than 15 years experience in the construction and building
industry. Additionally, he has years of new home construction and remodeling experience. With his
vast experience Jay will be a valuable asset to the Hammer commercial and residential restoration team.

Pat Keidel Office
Manager
Pat Keidel has been an employee at Hammer since 2004. She came with 20 years experience and determination
to succeed, continuously striving to do her best at all the different and various job tasks. Following her personal
career path, she’s become Office Manager. By receiving a Human Resources Certification through the American Society of
Employers, it gives her another opportunity to help build a team of first class restoration professionals.

Jimmy
Lyons Project
Manager
Jim has worked in restoration since 1965. In addition
to his expertise in all forms of restoration, he has built several
residential and commercial buildings. He has held a Michigan builders
license for over 30 years. Jim also runs our Trauma / Crime Scene Cleanup
Department. He and his team have trained and earned their Bio-Recovery
Technician Certification from "ABRA" (American Bio-Recovery Association).

Brent is the Water/Mold department project manager.

Chris Roenicke Project Manager
Chris comes to Hammer with more than 12 years experience in the restoration/construction business. In addition to his construction experience, Chris worked in the insurance claims industry for 12 years. As project manager, his vast experience will make him a valuable asset to the Hammer commercial and residential restoration team.

Brenda
Sutton General Manager
Brenda has worked in restoration since 1996. Brenda’s responsibilities
include human resources, staff training and oversight, system/procedures
and administration.

Dennis Theisen a life long resident of the tri-cities, actively working in the cleaning and restoration
business since 1976. He also spent some time working on the other side of the desk as a claims adjuster. His vast
knowledge and experience makes him a very valuable asset to the Hammer Team and the property owners he serves.

Amy has worked in restoration since 1986. Amy has her residential builders license and she has
