A local agent tells his story including the problems with mitigation, the surprises with the restoration, and the mistake that kept him from collecting for all of his loss. Phyllis Van Wyhe guides the agent through his story with an eye on the lessons learned and the potential E&O pitfalls when handling the insured's fire loss.
